I previously had that installed (version 9. 5) but I uninstalled it a while back but now the 11a setup keeps thinking I still have it installed and wants me to an upgrade, which I can't either, the option is greyed out. I have an executable sitting around on my computer but why is this option greyed out? But all the upgrade options (the one in the main menu and the one by right-clicking the server in the Backup Infrastructure tab) are grayed out and can't be selected. Only After rebuilding every proxy with a new OS and new proxy deployment did it all start working as expected again.
